burn or settle decodes as a protocol action rather than an unknown payload once the

GET /status publishes a lag field, so the node's bootstrap health gate no longer
refuses the payload when it falls back to this route. The Docker image no longer tries to
bake a .env file, so the build succeeds on the legacy builder and configuration reaches
the container as environment only.

docker stop now ends in a clean exit: the SIGTERM drain breaks the parse loop at a block
boundary, closes the API listener and both database pools, and exits 0 under a
SHUTDOWN_TIMEOUT_MS hard-exit bound, where before the process parked until SIGKILL. The
health and status payloads carry node_last_ok_at and node_unreachable, so a coin node
that has never answered is visible. The vendored mainnet activation twins are armed at
genesis under the 2026-09-09 ruling.
