xchain-documentation v0.17.0, part of the XChain Platform v0.17.0 train.

The node operations page explains how to stop a coin daemon or a service and the stop
budget each gets, and the node, decoder and utxo-tracker configuration pages document
XCHAIN_NODE_MODULE_STOP_TIMEOUT_SECONDS_<SERVICE>, XCHAIN_NODE_STOP_TIMEOUT_SECONDS and
SHUTDOWN_TIMEOUT_MS. The deployment guide describes the NODE UNREACHABLE state and how
it differs from WAITING FOR NODE. The hub pages document the mirror watermark stall
detector and the oracle catch-up backlog variables, and the upgrading, validator and
quickstart guides say why the one-time CLI checkout comes before any update from an
older CLI.
