xchain-documentation v0.22.4

Hotfix patch train cut from v0.22.0.

Changed

  • Synced the gate registry shared rows with the indexer canonical copy.
  • Catalogued the strict same-chain landing activation.

This PATCH train arms no new height. It adds the PRICE_LANDING_CHAINS registry row and ships the strict same-chain landing gate (PRICE_LANDED_STRICT_ACTIVATION) unarmed on every network; every existing activation height is unchanged.
