xchain-explorer v0.17.0, part of the XChain Platform v0.17.0 train.

Contracts carry their declared name, description and version everywhere they are shown,
the contracts list filters by name, global search finds a contract by a word from its name
or description, and history and transaction rows for DEPLOY, EXECUTE, DEPOSIT and WITHDRAW
carry the recorded name and version. The vm-query consensus pin moves to VM epoch 4, so a
rebuilt explorer simulates instead of answering VM_QUERY_VM_DRIFT to every call. Market
chart renderers move into the main bundle, so the market page raises no CSP violation. The
hub connector accepts only an array of endpoint URLs, and a null or absent entity id is
refused before it reaches the attestation, address and staking requests.
