Patch train on top of v0.19.0. Two repos move: xchain-sync and xchain-node. Every other component keeps its v0.19.0 pin, and the armed activation heights are unchanged (trainActivation ruleSetVersion 0.19.0, testnet 152787, mainnet at the sentinel).

Fixed

  • The pinned bootstrap signing public key is resolved from src/config/ again, so a signed-bootstrap restore verifies instead of refusing as unsigned and syncing from genesis.
  • The release manifest repins xchain-sync to v0.19.1, which fixes a boot failure: the sync service could not resolve its own DDL directory and died at startup with ENOENT.

Upgrading

Deploy pinned from this manifest. A fleet running v0.19.0 sync cannot start it; roll sync before the indexers, as the deploy order requires.

Artifacts: one source tarball per train member at its own version, release-manifest.json byte-for-byte from the tagged carrier, SHA256SUMS and a detached SHA256SUMS.asc signed by the XChain Platform release key (4361611A82F90B70).
