xchain-sdk v0.18.0, part of the XChain Platform v0.18.0 train.

index.d.ts declares the low-level WebSocket client and the sdk.ws member, so
TypeScript callers can use the raw subscribe and on surface. Preflight rejects an amount
the ledger would not credit as written, covering exponential, hex, signed and over-wide
spellings for ISSUE, MINT and DISPENSER; the check is advisory and the indexer stays the
authority. HubConnector cross-checks the coin consensus hashes the hub serves against
the bundled coin files and logs any coin that disagrees.
