[Feature] Add option to move root menu options to a submenu instead of completely removing them

I don't use certain buttons very often but it'd be nice to be able to access them when I need them without having to open up the mod options

If possible, a user-configurable submenu would be nice, but if not just a generic "Options" menu would be fine
