Feature

1. Add a mode choice config.

You can now use the Legacy chat mode or the new one.

General:

1. Fixed Tutorial player. Now Tutorial will be in SCP channel.

Currently this is no any option in config file.

2. Added support of Flamingo.

Flamingo is a independent faction. Flamingo speaks with Flamingo.

3. Reconstruct code. Code is now seprated and modular.

1. 新增聊天模式切换

你现在可以选择性的使用旧的聊天模式或者新的聊天模式。

Bug:

1. 教程玩家（或者说普遍意义上的SCP-035）现在发送和接收消息都是SCP频道的了。

目前没有配置可以控制这个选项。

2. 新增火烈鸟支持，以前火烈鸟是其他。

火烈鸟是一个独立的阵营，火烈鸟默认只与火烈鸟说话。

3. 重构代码，现在代码可读性更高，并且更加模块化。
