0.3.1 - Release just for the sake of upgrading

This release is really just for thee sake of archiving the old python version.
This one was a whole lot of fun to create and all but it is time to look forward.

My initial plan was to rewrite it in Zig from scratch therefore I attached my concept what I wrote by hand to this release.
This is the basis for the upcoming version which is faster, more flexible and web compatible.

For anyone who has cloned this repo until now and checked it out thank you very much and I hope somebody was able to use this scuffed code for something ^^

With this the current Yoshida Language as it is will be retired as well. The wiki will be updated shortly as well after the repository is updated.
