v0.1.32 — strip CP security headers from fallback-proxied responses

Fixes blank OpenCode UI caused by the control plane's strict CSP (script-src 'self') being applied to cookie-based fallback proxy responses, which blocked eval() in Vite/OpenCode JS bundles.
