CoM or vAv2 are used to separate a single OBJ containing several markers into a group of marker meshes, and to calculates the centroid of each resulting mesh. CoM uses center of mass calculations. vAv2 uses the average position of vertices. CoM is a more robust measure of the center of a marker, but the mesh must be closed (no holes).
Steps
Select the marker object.
Click either Center of Mass(CoM) or Vertex Average(vAv2).
A group of all marker centroids is created with their respective marker mesh as a child of the centroid.
CT Marker export2(Ctex2) is immediately opened.
