Added

  • Agent request limit QUOTA_AGENT_RPM: requests per minute for all API keys and MCP connections of a user together, answered with 429 RATE_LIMITED. Off by default (-1), like the other plan limits (D-014).
  • MCP tool get_usage (the 14th, scope analytics:read) shows the plan, the period and what is used against each limit.
  • Settings shows a "Plan & usage" card: the plan, the period and what is used against each limit (from GET /account/usage), with plain-English copy for QUOTA_EXCEEDED.

Fixed

  • Host-proxy mode: MinIO's 80m memory cap made it thrash its page cache (327 GB read from disk in 3 hours, host IO stall, API 503). The default is now 192m with GOMEMLIMIT=144MiB, and socialos-guard.sh detects a thrashing container (memory at its cap plus fast workingset_refault_file growth), alerts naming it and restarts it once per cooldown instead of shedding services that cannot help (D-012). The README notes that scheduled GitHub workflows are best-effort and recommends an external uptime monitor.
