Added new commands:
/update: Checks if a new version is available through Github API.
/clear: Clears the terminal, is compatible with both Windows and Linux-based systems by checking os.name
Added new libraries:
termcolor: Adds colored text.
requests: Can send HTTP requests, used for the /update command.
New functions:
warning() and error(): Functions that use termcolor to print an error or a warning
