v2.0.3
v2.0.2
v2.0.1
v2.0.0
The only thing that the end user will notice in this version is that the tool has started working and that it has a new button. Almost all changes are internal, it's a rewrite.
Main changes:
- Add a button to copy displacement properties to the preview window
- Add a new decal system (The older one was disabled by default. When I realized, I had already deleted everything from the previous code)
- Fix an INSANE amount of bugs (I have no idea how many or which ones exactly, but some of them were pretty bad)
- Change the versioning number to a proper one
- Change how the tool works internally (deep refactoring and rewriting)
Internal changes:
- Add my lib ErrorAPI, so I'll automatically get error reports
- Add a cleanup function to remove unsynced materials after a full material cleanup (it replaces an insane forced sync system, which was an attempt to deal with the spaghetti errors)
- Add a new custom materials lib (Very simple and functional. Replaces the older one, which was shitshow. Mostly replaces the file backup system, which was also a shitshow)
- Change all the libs with small improvements everywhere
- Change a lot of folders and filenames to better make sense
- Change material lib now concentrates all material related operations (That was a pain, what a miserable spaghetti... Even so, the code is still a bit spread)
- Change brushes, displacements, skybox, decals and models libs now specialize some material lib operations BUT get back to it as soon as possible, so data keep consistent
- Change how new players load the initial materials to a simple and reliable logic
- Change lots of variables and data structures, a full refactoring
