New

• Third hero: Oddport. On every map except Castle Town, the macro now places and fully upgrades Oddport (hotkey 3) alongside Kart Kid and Slime King. Hero-menu slot detection reads all rows, so any placement order works. Castle Town keeps the classic 2-hero run.
• Oddport Academy special-map navigation. The macro clicks into the special-maps menu before searching for the Oddport Academy tile.

Fixed

• XP no longer reads as 0 after a round when OCR drops the "EXP" label — a positional fallback now recovers the XP number from the rewards strip.
• Coins misreads reduced: the coins OCR box was tightened away from the coin icon (which could be read as an extra trailing digit, e.g. "330" for 33).
• Stuck restarts: every auto-restart now closes the Roblox client first (force-killing a frozen client if needed), so a relaunch never lands on a dead window. Still strictly scoped to the Roblox client — browsers are never touched.

Internal

• Each round's raw OCR captures are saved to ocr-captures in the app data folder, so any remaining misread can be diagnosed from the actual pixels.

Velora v1.2.0 — tab-free deep-link launching

• Tab-free Roblox launching. Roblox now starts via a direct deep link — no roblox.com browser tab is opened at all. If the deep link fails twice, the macro automatically falls back to the classic browser launch.
• Launch method setting. Settings → General → "Roblox launch method": Deep link + fallback (default) or Browser (always the old behavior).
• App renamed to "Velora Tower Heroes Macro" — it now shows up when you search "Velora" in the Start menu (after installing this version).

Fixed

• The macro could close your entire browser window on start if you had a Roblox-titled tab open. Window cleanup is now strictly scoped to the Roblox game client.
• A crashed Roblox client was not always detected (an open roblox.com tab masked the disconnect), which stalled auto-rejoin. Disconnect detection now watches only the game client.
• A broken/stale roblox:// protocol registration (common after moving from a per-user to a machine-wide Roblox install) no longer breaks launching — the macro finds RobloxPlayerBeta.exe itself and launches it directly.

Internal

• Macro script renamed CastleTown_Easy.ahk → TowerHeroesMacro.ahk (it's the shared engine for all supported maps).

🚀 Velora 1.1.0 — auto-updates + 1080p fixes

✨ New

• Auto-updater — Velora now checks GitHub for new versions (on launch and every 4 hours). When one is found you get an in-app banner with an Update now button, a live download progress bar, and a one-click Restart & install. Skipped updates install silently the next time you close the app. Install this version once and you will never have to download an installer manually again.

🔧 Fixed (mostly for 1920x1080 players)

• Hero slot detection misidentified which hero was in slot 1 (upgraded in the wrong order) — now OCR-verified
• MAX detection never triggered at 1080p (OCR read nothing at that text size) — fixed with a smarter retry ladder
• Coins misread (the coin icon was being read as an extra digit, e.g. 21 became 211) — region recalibrated
• Pressing Stop during a restart no longer relaunches Roblox on the way out
• Map-list search now scrolls a full screen between scans instead of one wheel tick

📥 Install

1. Download Tower.Heroes.Macro.Setup.1.0.0.exe below and run it.
   Windows SmartScreen may warn because the installer is not code-signed — click More info → Run anyway.
2. Install AutoHotkey v1.1 (not v2) if you don't have it.
3. Set Windows display scale to 100% and use a 2560×1440, 1920×1080, or 3840×2160 display.
