Added options for Logic and Dungeon Rewards. At the moment Dungeon Rewards isn't a weighted pick but a selection on generation, but if people want it to be adjusted it can be.
EDIT: For some reason the generate.py included in the zip is incorrect, Use the one from the actual github page. Same for persistent_settings.
