OoTMM Blitz Mystery Generator v1.5

First release of the settings string generator of the OoTMM Blitz Mystery! Included are a weights file, the program and the python script.

To use:

Edit the weights file to your liking
Run the program
Open seed_output and copy the string to the OoTMM website (https://www.ootmm.com/)
Note: The program only reads the weights from "weights.json" when it is in the same folder. If the program doesn't generate any outputs, make sure you have "weights.json" in the same folder, named exactly as given.
