SDL-UWP 3.4.10

This is a release of SDL 3.4.10 for UWP/WinRT platforms. (my VS is enterprise so you'll need to update your path with Community or the like)

Built via CMake with:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\18\Enterprise\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvarsall.bat" x64 store

cmake -B build-uwp ^
  -DCMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME=WindowsStore ^
  -DCMAKE_SYSTEM_VERSION=10.0 ^
  -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ^
  -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="out/winrt" ^
  -G Ninja

cmake --build build-uwp --config Release --parallel

Install:

cmake --install build-uwp --config Release
