🚀 Anndromeda™ RoyaleAPI v5.2.0-alpha

IMPORTANT: This is an alpha release and is still under active development. It is NOT intended for production use, but should perform well for testing purposes.

📌 Highlights

  • 🔹 Parallel Page Scraping – The scraper now processes multiple pages at once instead of scraping sequentially. This makes the program extremely fast and able to return all items with minimal delay.

    • Improvement: Significant boost in speed due to simultaneous page scraping, allowing faster data retrieval.

  • 🔹 Configurable Page Scraping – Added a config.json file that allows you to configure how many pages are scraped per batch.

    • Default Value: 10 pages per batch.

  • 🔹 Fixed Traderie Scraper – Resolved an issue with traderie_scraper.js that caused timeouts when pages had no items. It now correctly returns 0 items and an empty array when no item containers are found, improving reliability.

  • 🔹 Speed Improvements – With the ability to scrape multiple pages in parallel, the scraper is now significantly faster and more efficient than before.

  • 🔹 Detailed Code Comments – Added comprehensive comments in the code, explaining the parameters, return values, and the overall functionality of each component. These comments are designed to make it easier for developers to understand and modify the code.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • 🐞 Traderie Scraper Timeout Issue – Fixed the timeout issue in traderie_scraper.js. Now, pages with no items return an empty array and 0 items without causing delays.

📦 Improvements

  • 📈 Enhanced Scraping Speed – The introduction of parallel scraping drastically improves the speed, allowing multiple pages to be processed at once rather than waiting for each to finish sequentially.

  • 📈 Configurable Scraping Batches – With the new config.json file, you can now adjust the number of pages scraped per batch to optimize performance based on your needs.

  • 📈 Code Documentation – Detailed comments have been added throughout the codebase to explain parameters, return values, and other key aspects of the program, improving clarity and ease of use for developers.

🔧 Known Issues

  • ⚠️ Incomplete Feature Set – Some additional features are still under development and will be included in future releases.
