Klunk - beta 3

Bug fixes:

drag/drop of files failed due to temp files being removed.
merges from from files also had the rug pulled from under them, so they could fail to load.
kubernetes files were being limited to default 10000 lines on initial load.

Performance updates:

Loading time of files greater than 1 million rows increased.
Markers in dualthumb slider were not limited to displayed size, so we would uselessly pack possibly millions of markers. This was causing large UI/processing times.
Query performance increased by parallel time sliced for large file queries

UI changes:
made a few small tweaks to try to bring this UI that has been built up from years of side project dev to be more aligned.
