Release list
v0.1.0 - Fyskode Chaotic Systems Toolbox
Fyskode Chaotic Systems Toolbox v0.1.0
First public release of Fyskode Chaotic Systems Toolbox, a PyQt6 desktop application for the simulation, visualization, and numerical analysis of chaotic dynamical systems.
Included features
- Phase portraits and trajectory visualization
- Time series and FFT analysis
- 3D attractor views
- Lyapunov diagnostics
- Bifurcation sweeps
- Equilibrium and eigenvalue views
- Attraction-basin grids where supported
- Coexistence and multistability examples
- Sprott Explorer for local educational exploration of user-owned
.DICfiles - Bundled PDF documentation for the desktop interface
Scope
This release uses a closed catalog of supported systems. Users can modify parameters, initial conditions, and visualization settings for available systems, but arbitrary system registration from the main UI is not included in v0.1.0.
Distribution policy
This release does not redistribute original Sprott book disk files, dictionary databases, proprietary executables, source code, figures, or long copyrighted text. User-owned .DIC files may be loaded locally at runtime and remain outside the repository and installer.
Notes
Numerical results produced by the application are computational evidence and should not be interpreted as formal mathematical proof.
