Description

Release of OAuthClient only, no changes to SDK.

Release Notes

Allows the urls for the XeroClient to configured via the XeroConfiguration class. With these changes, by default, the XeroConfiguration instances will be created with all those new properties having the prod baseUris set, and so anyone updating and not changing those properties should see no changes and connect to the prod services like before.

OAuthClient will be released via NuGet.
