• Official bundle plugin (persists with dsh, survives restarts), installed via dsh plugin --profile web add
• Sidebar entry: notes entry at the top row of the sidebar bottom area; click to open the notes manager
• Notes manager (shell.overlay full-screen panel):
  • Left: note list (title + updated time); create (an empty title auto-falls back to "Untitled note ") and delete
  • Right: Edit / Preview tabs with a built-in lightweight markdown renderer; Save writes to disk
• Add to note: action icon below each answer; pick (or create) a target note in the popup — the user question + answer are appended to the end of the note with a timestamped section
• Notes are plain .md files (default <cwd>/.dsh-notes, overridable via Config root); meta.json records the title and updated time; editable directly on the filesystem
• Hover Tooltip "Add to note" on the assistant action (same as the copy button, side=bottom)
• Notes manager and note-picker popup titles now use the plugin SVG icon (same source as the sidebar/action icons)
• Icon trimmed: the SVG viewBox was tightened to remove the ~173px border, so it no longer renders small
• Sidebar entry and assistant-action styling aligned with native controls (Settings button / copy button)

• 笔记管理界面（shell.overlay 全屏面板）：

  • 右侧编辑 / 预览双 Tab，内置轻量 markdown 渲染器，保存即写入
• 记入笔记：每条回答下方操作栏图标，弹出面板选择（或新建）目标笔记，将「用户提问 + 回答」以时间戳分段追加到笔记末尾
• 笔记以普通 .md 文件存储（默认 <cwd>/.dsh-notes，可用 Config root 覆盖），meta.json 记录标题与更新时间，可直接在文件系统编辑
• 回答操作栏新增悬停 Tooltip「发送到笔记」（与复制按钮同款，side=bottom）
• 笔记管理面板与记入笔记弹窗的标题图标改用插件 SVG 图标（与侧边栏/操作栏一致）
• 图标去掉四周留白（SVG viewBox 收紧），显示不再偏小
• 侧边栏笔记入口与回答操作栏按钮样式对齐原生控件（设置按钮 / 复制按钮）
