VibeX 0.1.3 improves agent installation interoperability, reusable model-provider configuration, and the settings experience.

Added model discovery when creating or editing reusable providers. VibeX can query the configured endpoint with the current credentials, show loading, empty, success, and error states, and apply a discovered model to supported agent configurations.
Improved managed and external agent coexistence. Compatible external installations can be reconciled without being mistaken for VibeX-managed binaries, while real command conflicts remain explicit and actionable.
Expanded built-in agent package management with registry-aware version resolution, npm package metadata support, upgrade planning, and stronger installation evidence.
Refined Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, and custom agent settings, including account actions, diagnostics, provider controls, model catalogs, and clearer configuration labels.
Reworked the settings interface with more consistent controls, improved worktree and version-control layouts, and a more legible accent system.
Fixed the Liquid Glass save bar artifact at the top edge, increased its transparency, and strengthened the local lens effect.
Hardened installation and configuration handling for non-UTF-8 shell files, registry cache behavior, diagnostic read state, and related failure paths.
Made English the default README and added a dedicated Simplified Chinese README.
