Time Stop 0.9.6 focuses on rule-state cleanup, upgrade safety, and clearer diagnostics after app data or module updates.

What's New

  • Added a rule-set generation marker so the manager, Provider, and target-process Hook can agree on the newest rule snapshot.
  • Added startup handling for legacy world-readable rule storage, allowing existing configurations to be adopted safely on upgrade.
  • Added clearer group-rule and setup-guide text in English, including more dynamic UI translations.

Fixes

  • Fixed stale rule snapshots that could survive Android app-data clearing through redirected/shared rule storage.
  • Fixed target-process local caches preferring older rules when the manager has already advanced the rule-set generation.
  • Fixed usage statistics warnings so they only ask users to restart target apps when Hook counters actually came from an older module build.
  • Improved localization for group rules, setup guidance, shared allowance text, and status messages.

Upgrade Note

After installing this update or changing LSPosed scope, force-stop and reopen each controlled target app so it loads the new Hook code and rule generation.
