Royalty v3.1.6 adds DexKit-backed semantic hook resolution with versioned descriptor caching while preserving Modern Xposed API 101 protective interception and per-surface rollback.

Telegram 12.10.4 (versionCode 70992) remains the tested fast-path profile. Other official Telegram builds are accepted only when every required hook surface validates semantically; ambiguous or missing targets fail open.

Hook status now distinguishes Telegram not running from actual hook failures and preserves last-verified healthy state neutrally while Telegram is inactive.

Requires Android 8.1+ and a Modern Xposed API 101-capable framework.
