Royalty v3.1.7 is a release-pipeline maintenance update. Runtime hook behavior is unchanged from v3.1.6.

It keeps signed release publication compatible with the source repository's latest-only retention policy while preserving monotonic Android version-code and signer verification.

Tested fast path: official Telegram 12.10.4 (versionCode 70992). Other official Telegram builds are accepted only when every required hook surface resolves and validates semantically; ambiguous or missing targets fail open.

Requires Android 8.1+ and a Modern Xposed API 101-capable framework.
