Royalty 3.1.11

  • Fixes Contacts hook installation on the affected official Telegram Play Store build.
  • Skips abstract, static, synthetic, and bridge section-position declarations while retaining executable concrete overrides.
  • Prevents abstract xl0.O(int,int) from rolling back the complete Contacts hook set.
