fix(native): 修复 x86/x86_64 string hook ABI 兼容

- 为路径相关 string hook 增加 x86/x86_64 ABI-safe 适配
- 恢复 package_owned 与 bpf_backing 在 x86/x86_64 的安装
- 调整 ShouldNotCache 与 GetDirectoryEntries 的 string 参数适配
