fix(config): authenticate hide config requests with PendingIntent

使用 `PendingIntent` 替代原先基于广播调用方 UID 和可控 reply package/action 的配置请求回复机制。

- 通过 `PendingIntent.creatorPackage` 和 `creatorUid` 校验请求方身份，仅允许 MediaProvider 相关受信包请求隐藏配置
- 移除对 `Binder.getCallingUid()` 的依赖，避免广播场景下调用方身份判断不可靠，移除客户端可控的 `reply_package` 和 `reply_action`
- 使用一次性可变 `PendingIntent` 返回配置结果，避免任意广播回复目标
- Android 14+ 添加 `FLAG_ALLOW_UNSAFE_IMPLICIT_INTENT` 以兼容可变 PendingIntent
- 请求结束或超时时主动取消 reply PendingIntent，补充 PendingIntent 被取消时的异常处理和请求方身份日志
