  • Code cleanup, no changes in behavior: ApkInstaller split into installation (ApkInstaller.kt), "Update all" (UpdateAll.kt), uninstall queue (Uninstaller.kt) and the system reply receiver (InstallReceiver.kt); the three copies of the progress window code replaced by shared helpers (InstallUi.kt)
