Map card improvements

The fullscreen "Höhenmeter" tab now shows three stacked charts sharing a common distance (km) X-axis:

  • Elevation profile (green, with fill)
  • Cadence (orange, rpm)
  • Power (red, W)

Bucket-averaged samples smooth out noise and correctly show pauses. Cadence and power charts only appear when the activity has corresponding data.

Installation

Update via HACS, then hard-refresh the browser to bust the JS cache (⌘⇧R / Ctrl+Shift+R).
