测试发行版：/v1/chat 协议完全可用

EN: Test release marking the Chat Completions wire (wire_api = "chat") as fully usable — MCP/namespace tools are now advertised with fully-qualified names AND dispatch correctly (the unsupported call regression is fixed). End-to-end verified 2026-09-11: direct v1/chat through a gateway, ctx/MCP tools callable.

  • 票 26 完整修复链 r1-r5d：wire 感知工具暴露（非 Responses wire 上 MCP 工具 Direct 平铺）+ namespace 限定名出站 + 最长前缀回解入站（ADR-0008 三段配对契约）
  • 票 25：sqlx 迁移 EOL 自愈（round5 起）
  • 票 19：tool adjacency（孤儿 tool 结果 500 修复）

验证 / Verification

  • CI: fork-health run 34562033037（260/260 passed）+ build run 34562669001（本资产来源）
  • E2E: 2026-09-11 直连网关实测，ctx 工具可见且可调用

用法 / Usage (Windows)

  1. 下载并解压 codex-win-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip 得到 codex.exe
  2. setx CODEX_CLI_PATH "D:\path\to\codex.exe"
  3. 完整重启 Codex Desktop app

范围 / Scope

  • 仅 Windows x86_64 资产（测试发行版；三平台正式版走 fork-cli-test-release 全量构建）
  • 引擎 = main@814f5b31af 的代码链（docs 后 delta 不影响二进制）
