fix(linux): lesson homework tap and flatpak downloads

- HomeworkBox: add onTap callback; overlay transparent GestureDetector
on FormattedText so desktop SelectionArea no longer swallows the tap
- LessonListTile: extract _navigateToCourse() and pass it to HomeworkBox
- file_operations: add _saveFileLinux() using xdg_directories to copy
files to XDG download dir instead of Android MethodChannel
- pubspec: promote xdg_directories to direct dependency
- flatpak manifest: add --filesystem=xdg-download permission
