v0.6.9
Highlights
- Crossing works across gaps. The neighbor lookup is now a ray cast: leave a screen through an edge and the nearest screen in that direction is the destination, no matter the spacing or size mismatch. Dead edges only exist where no screen lies.
- Layout validation, live. Overlapping or zero-size screens are flagged in the Layout page while you drag - no more discovering a bad arrangement at the desk.
- Shortcuts (beta). A portable chord engine: bind key combos to actions (switch to a specific screen, cycle, toggle wall lock, go home) in Layout > Input & shortcuts. Bindings are recorded as physical keys, so they behave identically on Windows, Linux, or any mix. Ships with Scroll Lock = cycle screens and Pause = toggle lock; fully configurable in the new
[shortcuts]config section. - Input feel. New
[input]config section: pointer speed (0.25-3x), wheel speed, natural scrolling - applied to the shared stream, so every client feels the same. - Canvas restyle. Screens are flat solid panels: no gradients, shadows, or transparency; small radii; clearer text placement.
- New sub-page: Layout > Input & shortcuts - chord recorder, per-action bindings, mouse/keyboard feel sliders.
