  • Built-in diagnostics at the bottom of the hotkey panel: recent shortcut hits and sessions/workspaces/layout service availability — self-service debugging for "why did my shortcut not fire".
  • dsh.client.immediately: true — stage-one prefetch so the shortcut listener registers with the first boot wave.
  • GitHub topics: hotkeys, dsh.
  • CHANGELOG.md added (npm tarball now ships it too).
