Lots of refactoring.

Added a live camera pan optimization option to config. Initial panning movements from live camera to pose will follow shortest path avoiding numerous rotations. Still needs to be applied to "Ready" motions.
Refactors config and much of the "store"
Added config editors for config and profile editing.
Improved opengl performance
Removed dead menu items
Added about dialog and icons
build scripts to compile a distribution
