Workday stop path-boundary release. Derives workday stop marker, result, and checkpoint paths from the sanitized active-marker session id under the local WinChronicle state root, preventing marker-controlled external result/checkpoint JSON from becoming the stop summary source. Validated with local pytest 433 passed, local run_harness.py passed, manual UIA smoke refreshed, and Windows Harness https://github.com/YSCJRH/WinChronicle/actions/runs/28342791863 passed on 557cc6d. No capture surface expansion.
