Features

• Added ⌘→ / ⌘← to move keyboard focus between the sidebar and the document. Windows opened from the CLI or Quick Open now start with focus on the document. The sidebar's "go to parent folder" binding on ⌘← has been removed; ⌘↑ and Delete still do that.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed text fields on the PDF surface not taking keyboard focus. ⌘F now focuses the search field so you can type right away, and Esc returns focus to the PDF.

• ⌘→ / ⌘← でサイドバーと本文の間をキーボードで行き来できるようにしました。CLI と Quick Open から開いたウィンドウは本文にフォーカスを置きます。サイドバーの ⌘←「上位フォルダーへ移動」は廃止しました（⌘↑ と delete は従来どおり使えます）。

修正

• PDF 表示中に入力欄がフォーカスを取れない問題を修正しました。⌘F の直後から検索欄に文字を打てるようになり、Esc で PDF 側へフォーカスが戻ります。
