• Nested tool parameters reach the tool as objects. A tool schema that
  describes a nested type through $defs + $ref (rmcp, pydantic) is now
  inlined before it is sent to the model. Some runtimes read a parameter's
  type off the property without following the reference — Ollama's Qwen3
  parser among them — and handed the tool a JSON string where it expected
  an object. Runtimes that already resolved references (llama.cpp) see the
  same schema, spelled out.
