260715: recovery: prepare destructive eMMC streams asynchronously

Move full-partition erase work out of the lwIP POST callback and into the recovery main loop. Add a prepare/status/upload handshake that binds the erased target to the exact payload length before accepting a stream.

Update the web client, generated fsdata, and SBE1V1K documentation to wait for the prepared state before transmitting firmware or chainloader data.
