SignalBoard 把散落在各处的 git 项目的近况信号——提交、未提交改动、AI 会话痕迹、GitHub issues/PR——汇总到一块本机看板：托盘常驻，全局热键随时唤出，帮你一眼回忆起每个项目做到哪了。

安装（Windows）

1. 下载下方 SignalBoard-Setup-0.1.0.exe
2. 运行安装（可选安装目录），完成后自动启动并驻留托盘
3. 首次启动按引导添加扫描根目录，Ctrl+Shift+D 随时唤出

数据与隐私

• 所有数据只存本机（%APPDATA%\SignalBoard）：备忘、偏好、扫描缓存
• GitHub Token 经系统加密存储（Windows DPAPI），磁盘上无明文
• 无账号、无云端、无遥测

已知取舍

• 「未提交超期」以最后提交时间近似滞留起点（脏文件无法回溯起始时间）
• GitHub 数据仅拉取 owner 是本人的仓库，fork 上游自动跳过
• 全静项目自动归档，需要关注清单只看活着的信号

SignalBoard v0.1.0 (English)

SignalBoard gathers the recent-activity signals of your git projects scattered everywhere — commits, uncommitted changes, AI session traces, GitHub issues/PRs — into one local dashboard. It lives in your tray, summons with a global hotkey, and helps you recall where each project left off.

Highlights

• Overview: attention list first, 7-day commit stats, full-year commit heatmap, monthly activity stream
• Projects: activity bands (hot / active / cooling / stale / archive), manual ordering or sort by activity / name, pinning
• Detail panel: memo, quick open, branch switcher, warning marks with snooze, per-project heatmap, README summary and AI session traces
• AI: uses locally installed Agent CLIs (Claude Code / Codex / Kimi / Grok) for cross-project weekly digests and per-project advice, plus natural-language filtering — only statistics and commit messages are sent, never code
• Warnings: uncommitted-overdue / unpushed / open-PR marks with adjustable rules, daily digest or "only when new"
• Seven themes: Warm / Mist / Meadow / Sakura / Iris / Dark / Abyss, custom accent colors, follow-system light / dark, density and reduced motion

Install (Windows)

1. Download SignalBoard-Setup-0.1.0.exe below
2. Run it (choose the install directory); the app starts and lives in the tray
3. Follow the first-run guide to add scan roots; Ctrl+Shift+D summons anytime

Data & Privacy

• Everything stays on your machine (%APPDATA%\SignalBoard): memos, preferences, scan cache
• GitHub tokens are encrypted via the OS keystore (Windows DPAPI) — never in plaintext on disk
• No account, no cloud, no telemetry

Known Trade-offs

• "Uncommitted overdue" approximates the stall start with the last commit time
• Only repos owned by you are fetched; upstream of forks is skipped automatically
• Fully dormant projects are archived automatically
