v0.9.0-pre3 - Test Compilation Fix

Pre-release v0.9.0-pre3

This pre-release fixes test compilation errors that were causing build failures.

Changes Since v0.9.0-pre2

• 🐛 Fixed test compilation errors by renaming mockECRClient to mockECRScanClient to avoid conflicts
• ✅ All tests now pass successfully

What's Fixed

• Renamed mock struct in images_scan_test.go to avoid redeclaration conflict with ecr_test.go
• Fixed undefined field error by properly naming the mock client
