v0.9.0-pre4 - Fix Image Tag Endpoint

Pre-release v0.9.0-pre4

This release fixes the image tag endpoint to return complete image details even when scan findings are missing.

What Was Wrong

The /images/{tag} endpoint was only returning scan findings. When scans didn't exist, it returned 404, preventing the UI from displaying image tags.

What's Fixed

• Image Details First: The endpoint now fetches and returns full image details (tags, digest, size, push date, etc.)
• Optional Scan Findings: Scan findings are retrieved separately and included if available
• No More 404s: Images without scans now return successfully with all their metadata

API Response Now Includes

• ImageId
• RegistryId
• RepositoryName
• ImageDigest
• ImageTags
• ImageSizeInBytes
• ImagePushedAt
• ImageManifestMediaType
• ArtifactMediaType
• ImageScanStatus (if available)
• ImageScanFindingsSummary (if available)
• ImageScanFindings (if available)

This allows the UI to display all image tags regardless of scan availability.
