What is your suggestion?
Honestly, the dynamic mass for the player seems to work well for the most part, but, what about being able to push a contraption by walking towards it, or being able to stop a moving contraption by bumping against it? Or, jump on a contraption to push it downwards a bit?
As far as I know, propulsion blocks like propellers already impart true forces onto sable sublevels.
The modification would be that the entities and players don't impart "mass" on contact, but force. If it's by its own weight, then it's the mass we're accustomed to seeing.
