Fixes 4 QA issues found in today's screenshots, applied across all 4 admin themes (Midnight, Kawaii, Goth-Baddie, Cyberpunk):

  • Declutter: new "suppress plugin notices" toggle (on by default) hides non-essential plugin promo/upsell banners from wp-admin. Real errors, WordPress core update notices, and this plugin's own notices always stay visible.
  • Settings tab bar: inactive tabs now show a hover/focus state, and got breathing room below the tab row.
  • Checkboxes/radios: no longer render as plain white boxes — themed background, border, and checkmark color per theme.
