1.18 Support!

YDE now supports the new 1.18 features for dialogs. You can add multiple commands and faction changes to dialog, and decide if it stops music.

Responses now have a "Response Text" option, can also have multiple commands added.

Changes:

Response Options now have a menu in the Information Panel
Export types have been reduced to two. "1.7.10 - 1.16.5 & Goodbird Ports" and "Official 1.18.2"
- Reason: Upon further testing, there is no version of CustomNPCs that exports dialogs without quotes in the json. This may have been an early 1.7.10 version, but 1.7.10d does not do this. Furthermore, entries in the JSON that don't match up to any features are ignored, so having the scoreboard options in a 1.7.10 json does not affect the functionality at all. Therefore, the only other version needed is one for the new 1.18 features
Fixed items in Mail not importing correctly
Added an extra Item Mail slot for 1.18.2 dialogs
Internal change : Changed how dialogs are exported to use an actual dictionary and not a horribly formatted string.
