Add parsing for excess generation data (net metering/solar).

• Parse "kWH Generation" sheet from usage exports when present
• Add generation field to IntervalUsageData (defaults to 0.0)
• Include generation in tabular and JSON output
• Fix ASYNC250: wrap blocking input() calls with asyncio.to_thread
