Bug Fixes

• Fix DST gap-time overwrite bug where consumption folded from gap slots (e.g., 2:00 AM on spring-forward) into post-transition slots (3:00 AM EDT) was silently overwritten when the real post-transition column was processed. Values are now accumulated correctly.

Test Suite

• Overhauled test suite: 18 tests → 37 tests
• Added output-based tests for Excel parsing (normal day, DST spring-forward, generation data), bill forecast parsing, 401 retry logic, error response handling, and account response parsing
• Removed 8 low-value change-detector tests
