MeshMonitor v4.15.2-rc5

⚠️ Pre-release (RC). For testing. Not tagged :latest; use a specific image tag.

Release candidate 5 for 4.15.2, rolling up seven PRs since rc4. Adds a device-config Restore button to Backup Management (#4933) with the reboot notice now driven by the actual restore flag (#4935), and lands Phase 1 of Carto basemap API-key support (#4936) with the key field relocated to the Map settings section (#4938). Fixes a MeshCore flood-scope bug so truly-unscoped floods no longer fall back to the node's default region (#4937), hides the MeshMonitor logo/wordmark on per-source pages (#4939), and makes the Site Planner panel explain why a coverage prediction rendered as a plain circle instead of terrain-shaped (#4940).
